Other ways
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- By email: write to privacy@vielo.in from the email address on your account, with your username. We confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days (usually within 2 working days).
What gets deleted
Immediately and permanently:
- your account, email, password, date of birth and location;
- your profile, posts, replies, stories, likes, reposts and follows;
- your chats, messages, Quick Shots, call history and notifications;
- every photo, video and file you uploaded, including age-verification photos.
Kept only where the law requires it: records of payments (for tax, up to 8 years) and reports about serious harm that we must keep for investigations. See the Privacy Policy.
