Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old. By signing up you confirm that the date of birth you give is true. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

Keep your password secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on it. Don't impersonate anyone.

You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to host, store, display and send that content only so we can run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

• No illegal content, and nothing sexual involving minors, ever.
• No harassment, hate, threats or violence.
• No scams, spam or fake accounts.
• Don't use dating features to solicit, deceive or harm others.

You can report posts, profiles and conversations, and block anyone at any time. We review reports, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Dating is optional and only visible to other adults who have turned it on. Meet in public places and tell a friend where you'll be.

Vielo is free and has no paid features or hidden charges. If we ever add paid features, the full price will be shown clearly before you buy, and nothing will be pre-selected. See the Refund Policy.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for content posted by other users.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app before the changes take effect. See also our Privacy Policy.
