Tap ⋯ on any post, profile, message, chat or community and choose Report. Reports go straight to our safety team and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also Block anyone from the same menu — they won't be able to find your profile, message or call you. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.

• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
• Two-step verification: Settings → Two-step verification. Lost your phone? Use one of your backup codes, or email us from your account's email address.
• Age verification: Vielo is 18+. Verifying with a photo of an ID and a selfie unlocks dating, Nearby, messaging new people and creating groups. Settings → Age verification.

Vielo asks for each permission only when you use the feature that needs it. You can change them any time in your phone's Settings → Vielo. Location is only used while the app is open, and we only keep your approximate area (about 1 km).

In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: vielo.net/delete-account. Deleting is permanent and removes your profile, posts, messages, photos and videos.
