Vielo is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or hidden charges, so there's nothing to refund today.

Current pricing

Every feature (posts, reels, chats, calls, Nearby and dating) is free. We never ask for payment details.

The full price, including tax, will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
No paid option will be pre-selected, and nothing will renew without you clearly opting in.
Cancelling will be as easy as subscribing, right from Settings.
This policy will be updated with the exact refund terms before any paid feature launches.
